Age Requirement

To register and use hi55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. Failure to meet any one criterion constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and entitles hi55 to suspend or permanently close your account.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). hi55 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstance.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and must not be acting as an agent for any third party.
• You must not have a pre-existing hi55 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously barred from hi55 services.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid payment method such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. hi55 reserves the right to request supporting KYC documentation — including a National ID Card (NID) or passport — at any time to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hi55 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. You must notify hi55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. hi55 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your password secure or from sharing access with a third party.

Deposits

hi55 accepts instant deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select card providers. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. hi55 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, although your mobile banking provider may apply transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your hi55 wallet in real time under normal network conditions.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may be held pending review if the account has unmet wagering requirements attached to any active bonus. hi55 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳20,000. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the associated deposit where technically possible.

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by hi55 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events like BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — are subject to specific wagering requirements and are governed by the following general conditions:

• Each bonus carries a stated rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and apply to a single account only. Attempting to claim a bonus across multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account termination.
• hi55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if abuse or technical exploitation is suspected.

Strictly Forbidden Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on hi55. Any user found engaging in these activities will face immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all balances held at the time of discovery:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any non-human method to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet, or promotion offered by hi55.
• Colluding with other players, operating syndicates, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulated betting — including on cricket matches such as BPL or T20 internationals.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the same device, IP address, or household without written consent from hi55 support.
• Using the hi55 platform to launder funds, process illegal payments, or conduct any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Ownership of Content

All content available on hi55 — including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, text, images, and the overall design of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of hi55 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, broadcast, or create derivative works from any part of hi55's content without prior written permission.

Platform Availability

hi55 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control (including internet outages affecting users in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or elsewhere in Bangladesh) may temporarily affect platform access. hi55 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from such interruptions, including but not limited to missed bets, expired bonuses, or session timeouts.

Gambling Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. hi55 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred during the use of the platform. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and to resolve them within 14 calendar days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct correspondence, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution process as deemed appropriate by hi55. Any legal proceedings must be initiated within twelve (12) months of the date on which the cause of action arose.

Right to Amend

hi55 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be effective immediately upon publication on this page, accompanied by an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.
